What to Expect from Your First CLYKK Care Nurse Visit
Booking your first CLYKK nursing visit can feel unfamiliar. This guide walks you through exactly what happens — from the moment your Care Nurse arrives to the care report your family receives.
Before the Visit: What to Prepare
- Medication list: All current medications with dosages and timings
- Doctor's notes: Any recent prescriptions or discharge summaries
- Clean space: A chair or bed the nurse can work from
- Emergency contacts: Saved in the CLYKK app under Care Circle
At the Door: Verification (5 minutes)
Your CLYKK Care Nurse will:
- Show their CLYKK SP card with photo and ID
- Confirm your name and the service booked
- Call through the CLYKK app (you'll see their live location)
Security tip: Never pay cash at the door. All payments are handled through CLYKK Pay before the visit.
During the Visit: Core Care (1.5–4 hours)
Depending on your package, the nurse will:
- Check vital signs: BP, temperature, SpO₂, pulse
- Administer medications as per prescription
- Wound inspection or dressing (if applicable)
- Personal hygiene assistance (bathing, grooming)
- Log everything in the CLYKK care record
After the Visit: The Digital Care Report
Within 30 minutes of the visit ending, your care circle receives:
- ✅ Vitals reading (BP, HR, SpO₂)
- ✅ Medications administered with timestamps
- ✅ SP notes and any observations
- ✅ Next visit recommendation (if applicable)
