Who you are contracting with
Depending on where you live, your agreement is with one of two companies: in India, CLYKK Services India Pvt. Ltd., 16 Lewis Road, Balaji Layout, Cooke Town, Bangalore 560005, Karnataka, India; in any other country, CLYKK Technologies Inc., 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA. The correct entity is resolved from your territory — never assumed.
What CLYKK is — and is not
CLYKK is a wellness and overall wellbeing service. It is not medical care. Telemedicine is consultative care within the scope of the service; a prescription can only be issued where the doctor and the client are in the same country or state. CLYKK is not an emergency service — see the Service Scope & Safety Notice, which forms part of these terms.
Buying a place
Founding places are limited per city and offered first come. Your membership begins when payment completes — nothing is reserved by browsing, and nothing is charged until you confirm. If two families confirm the last place in a city at the same moment, one succeeds and the other is refunded in full, automatically. If your city's places have filled, leave your number and we will contact you if a place returns (refunds return places to the city).

India ₹4,999 · everywhere else US$129. One-time, not a subscription. Applicable taxes are shown before you confirm.
What founding gives you
Essential Care (free to everyone) · Vault Core for the lifetime of your membership · a personal 20% discount on paid modules for the lifetime of your membership (on the module store and in the app, after founding is on the account) · priority when your city opens · one free gift place · a founding badge.
What “for the lifetime of your membership” means
Your benefits last for as long as you hold your founding membership and we continue to offer the product concerned. They never expire on a date. If we ever discontinue or materially change an included product, you get at least 90 days' notice and a reasonably equivalent replacement at no cost — or the right to end your membership with a fair refund.
Priority — the honest version
Digital services are yours wherever you are. In-person services open city by city. Priority means first in line when they reach your city — it is not a promise that they will, or of a date. If they never reach your city, you keep everything you paid for.
Refunds
30 days, no questions, processed automatically. Statutory rights (EU/UK 14-day withdrawal and equivalents) apply in addition and are never reduced.
Governing law
India contracts: Indian law, Bangalore courts. Other territories: Delaware, USA. Consumer protections of your home country are never removed.
