How We Use It
To match you with verified care professionals, deliver monitoring alerts, operate your Vault, process payments, and improve our AI matching — anonymised only. We never sell your data.
Data Sharing
Shared only with providers you book, medical facilities in genuine emergencies, payment processors, and regulators. Never with advertisers or data brokers.
Health Data Protection
AES-256 encryption with zero-knowledge architecture. CLYKK staff cannot access your health data without explicit authorisation. Indian health data stays in Indian data centres per DPDP 2023.
Your Rights
Access your data (72 hrs), correct inaccurate data, request deletion (30 days), export data, and withdraw consent at any time. Lodge complaints with your local Data Protection Authority.
