CLYKK is wellness, not medical care
CLYKK supports everyday wellbeing — staying in touch, tracking daily care, holding documents together, arranging support. We do not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions, and CLYKK is not a medical device.
CLYKK is not an emergency service
In an emergency, call your local emergency number — India 112 · US/Canada 911 · UK/Europe 999 or 112 · UAE 998. The SOS feature alerts your Care Circle. It does not contact emergency services and does not dispatch an ambulance, a doctor, or any responder. It depends on a working phone, a network, and someone being available — any of which can fail. Never rely on CLYKK instead of calling for help.
Telemedicine
A conversation with a qualified professional — not a substitute for in-person assessment, emergency care, or your own doctor. Prescriptions only where doctor and client are in the same country or state, because that is what the law requires.
Monitoring
Helps you notice changes in day-to-day patterns. Not continuous medical supervision, not a clinical alarm. Alerts can be late, missed, or wrong — never treat the absence of an alert as reassurance.
Your judgement comes first
CLYKK does not replace your judgement, a doctor's advice, or professional care. Worried about someone's health? Speak to a professional. Immediate danger? Call emergency services.
