What do I get on day one?
Care Circle (4 seats), SOS & Emergency and Daily Care are free forever, everywhere. Founding adds Vault Core for the lifetime of your membership, a permanent 20% discount on paid modules (applies after founding is on your account — not on first-payment add-ons), priority when your city opens, one free gift place, and a founding badge.
When will my city open?
In-person services open city by city as care professionals come on board. We will not promise a date — priority is a queue position, not a dated promise. Every enrolment in your city moves it up the plan.
What if my city never opens?
Telemedicine and Activities are digital and available regardless, with your 20% off. Everything you paid for is global and permanent. Priority is a queue position, not a dated promise.
What is Vault Core?
Your family's important documents — health records, prescriptions, insurance, legal papers — in one encrypted place, shareable with your Care Circle in seconds. When a doctor asks "what medication is she on?", the answer is one tap, from any country. Included for the lifetime of your founding membership; otherwise ₹1,499/yr in India.
Where is my family's data stored?
In an encrypted database, visible only to you, your Care Circle, and support. Stored in the region closest to your legal home: India → Mumbai, the Gulf → Bahrain, UK/EU → London, the Americas → the US.
How do refunds work?
30 days, no questions asked. The request is automatic — nothing to explain, no one to approve it. If two families claim the last place at the same moment, the second is refunded in full automatically.
Who can gift a membership?
Only a Founding Family. Gift a Membership is under Founding in the menu after you enroll — it is not a public cart. The 20% module discount never applies to a gift.
What does my gift recipient get?
A full founding place: the digital layer, lifetime benefits and priority — everything a founding member receives. It is not money and not a care balance.
Why does India pay ₹4,999 and I pay $129?
Pricing follows local purchasing power, so each market pays what's fair there. And gifts are priced at the recipient's market — gifting a parent in India from the US costs ₹4,999, not $129.
Is this a subscription?
No — one-time. Nothing renews and nothing is charged later. Optional paid modules are separate choices, never required.
Why can't I pay from the EU or UK yet?
Because we do it properly: EU, UK and Swiss payment opens the moment our European privacy representatives are appointed — the appointment is in progress, and we announce a dated opening. Everything free works today, and a family member elsewhere can gift your founding place now — gifts are claimed free, from anywhere.
What happens when places fill?
Places are first come. If your city's founding places have filled, leave your number — refunds return places to the city, and we contact the list in order when one does.
Who is CLYKK?
A family care platform for the global South Asian diaspora, operated by CLYKK Services India Pvt. Ltd. (India) and CLYKK Technologies Inc. (everywhere else), built in Bengaluru where care services are live today.
Is CLYKK medical care?
CLYKK is wellness and overall wellbeing — it is not medical care. Telemedicine is consultative care within the scope of the offering. Prescriptions can be issued only where the doctor and the client are in the same country or state.
