Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a CLYKK account or using any CLYKK service, you agree to these Terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement with CLYKK Technologies Inc.
2. Services
CLYKK connects users with independent care professionals across 7 service categories, health monitoring, telemedicine, and vault storage. Care professionals are independent contractors. CLYKK is a marketplace platform.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for: account security, accuracy of information provided, all account activity, and compliance with applicable laws.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed at booking. Cancellations 2+ hours before service: full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours: 50% refund. No-shows: no refund. Subscription plans can be cancelled anytime; refunds are prorated.
5. Provider Standards
All providers undergo 5-step verification. CLYKK cannot guarantee care outcomes. For quality concerns, contact our Care Quality team within 48 hours. CLYKK's Care Assurance Fund may compensate verified service failures.
6. Limitation of Liability
CLYKK's liability is limited to fees paid. Not liable for provider decisions, force majeure, or misuse.
7. Governing Law
Governed by: India law (India users), UK law (UK users), UAE Federal Law (UAE users), Delaware law (USA users). Disputes resolved by binding arbitration.
