Founding status never expires
It doesn't renew, doesn't lapse, and doesn't depend on activity. Three quiet years change nothing.
It attaches to the household account
If the care recipient passes away, founding status transfers to another care recipient in the same household.
Successor clause
These terms bind any acquirer of CLYKK. Our wind-up terms state plainly what happens if we stop operating.
Non-transferable — except the gift
Founding places can't be sold or transferred. The gift mechanic is the only way a place moves, and it can only start a new household.
