30 days, no questions
Cancel within 30 days of purchase for all your money back. No reason, no approval, no review — request it from your account and it processes automatically, with immediate email confirmation.
When you get your money
Back to your payment method: cards 5–10 business days, UPI/netbanking 3–7. We refund the currency you paid in; your bank's own conversion fees are outside our control.
What you keep
A refund ends your founding benefits — but Essential Care (Care Circle, SOS & Emergency, Daily Care) is free forever, to everyone, and a refund never touches it.
The last place
If two families confirm a city's last place at the same moment, one succeeds and the other is refunded in full, automatically, with an email the moment it's done.
Gifts
Before acceptance: cancel for a full refund — and an unaccepted gift is refundable at any time, not just 30 days. After acceptance the membership belongs to the recipient.
