What a Founding Family gets
“For life” means for the lifetime of your founding membership — precisely defined, with a 90-day-notice fair-substitution promise, in Founding Member Terms §6.
Where monitoring is included, it helps you notice changes — it is not continuous medical supervision or a clinical alarm, and the absence of an alert is not reassurance.
Why it's capped
We are limiting founding places per city because word of mouth is how this works. A founding family who knows twenty other families is worth more to us than a thousand strangers.
The gift
Founding places will close. After that, the only way in is a gift from an existing Founding Family.

What happens if my parent dies?
Founding status attaches to the account, not the person. It transfers to another care recipient in the same household.
What if CLYKK is acquired or stops operating?
Your lifetime terms carry a successor clause: they bind an acquirer, and our wind-up terms state plainly what happens.
Does founding status ever lapse?
No. It never renews, never expires, and doesn't depend on activity. Three quiet years change nothing.
What renews each year?
Nothing — founding is a one-time payment, and your benefits last for the lifetime of your membership. Optional paid modules are separate annual choices, never required.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — 30 days, no questions.
